EasyCrush Electric Pill Crusher
EasyCrush Electric Pill Crusher - 2026
The closed-system electric pill crusher for care homes and hospitals. It crushes a dose to a fine, uniform powder in about 8 seconds – directly in a disposable cup – so staff are never exposed to airborne medication dust and there is no cross-contamination between residents.
Small and portable design
Easy to clean
Nearly silent operation
Rechargeable battery
The EasyCrush Pill Grinder quickly and efficiently crushes medications. Staff avoid inhaling dust and no longer need to crush pills manually. Simply place the tablets into an EasyCrush Disposable Cup — up to 4 tablets in a small cup or up to 8 in a large cup — insert it into the machine, and fit an EasyCrush Rondel on top to prevent cross contamination.
Medication Administration:
Crushing starts automatically when the lid is closed and runs the selected number of grinding cycles — 10 as standard, taking about 8 seconds — after which the medication is ready for use.
After crushing, you can quickly and safely transport the medicine using the EasyCrush lids.
The machine is relatively quiet and does not take up much space.
It is mobile and has a rechargeable battery. It can be stored in the drawer of a medication trolley.
How to use:
Prepare — place the device on a stable surface and press ON/OFF (the indicator light turns blue). Press MODE to choose the number of grinding cycles — 8, 10, 12 or 14. The standard setting is 10 cycles, which takes about 8 seconds; more cycles give a finer result on harder tablets. Remove the blue lid by turning it counterclockwise.
Load — choose the cup size (small: 1–4 tablets, large: 1–8 tablets), place the tablets in the disposable cup, cover the cup with a rondel foil seal and insert the grinding head into the cup.
Crush — place the prepared cup with rondel and grinding head on the base plate and reattach the lid by turning it clockwise. A green light confirms the lid is locked and crushing starts automatically; the sound stopping and a white light tell you it is finished. The standard 10-cycle setting takes about 8 seconds.
After use — remove the lid and take out the cup with the grinding head inside. Holding the rondel, carefully remove the grinding head and place it back on the base. Slide the rondel to release the powder into the cup and dispose of the rondel. Mix the powder with water, gel or food and administer.
Cleaning & maintenance: clean the exterior with a soft cloth and wipe the grinding head with alcohol after each use. Never immerse the device in water. Store the grinding head on the base when not in use, replace cups and rondels after every use, and check the lid and grinding head regularly for wear.
